Album Info:Passing through Mount Vernon, Washington USA on November 17, 2017 we had an appointment to access their lone locomotive, an SW9, owned and operated by shortline Mount Vernon Terminal Railway (MVT), which does switching and car storage duties along 2.5 miles of track for BNSF in Mount Vernon. This railroad was founded in 1939 has been run by multiple generations of the Stephenson family - and the wife and I thank Hugh Stephenson for providing us access to MVT 1200.
